Tech Star, Inc. is a progressive, Virginia based, Industrial Electronic service facility dedicated to the repair and/or re-engineering of industrial and commercial electronic assemblies to component level. Tech Star, Inc. also offers associated services such as calibration, custom control panel design and fabrication, controls application consultation, etc. In addition to a wide range of OEM equipment repaired, we are an Authorized Electronic Service Center (warranty and non warranty) for a variety of controls manufacturers. Tech Star, Inc. was founded upon the philosophy of Quality Repair,Quick Turnaround, Value Priced Services, and Customer Satisfaction. Tech Star, Inc. maintains this philosophy as its number one Goal. We are able to maintain this level of quality repair, quick service and satisfaction because of the capabilities of our well trained staff and their ability to provide thorough trouble shooting to component level, top quality repair procedures and effective load testing of your repaired controls.

Tech Star, Inc. has the ability to repair, to component level, circuit boards that other repair facilities deem un-repairable because of complexity, cost inefficiency, lack of documentation, etc. Because of the competency of our technical staff, we have been able to successfully implement these services in an economic and efficient manner.

Warranty policy

Tech Star regards warranty repairs as a top priority. Our comprehensive warranty policy, ONE YEAR ON ALL REPAIRS, is among the best in the industry. During the warranty period Tech Star will repair the unit if it fails in normal operation due to defective workmanship or parts. This warranty will not apply to items that fail due to misapplication, including, but not limited to, improper operation, storage, handling or installation; negligence, abnormal temperature, moisture, dirt or corrosive conditions, cannibalized parts or an act of God. The afore going is in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, and we are not responsible for any expense(including installation and removal), inconvenience, or consequential damage, including injury to any person, caused by the unit we repair. In any event Tech Star’s liability, under all circumstaces, shall not exceed the cost of the orginal repair. Warranty periods on items repaired by our established outside sources may vary. You will be contacted for your approval if this is the case.
